Il Ghiaccio farm produces the finest quality extra virgin olive oil, trademarked with the IGP Tuscany guarantee that it is organic.
The olive groves of the farm are at a height of 260 metres above sea level, facing south-west, in unique climate conditions which ensure healthy surroundings for the olive trees.
Our traditional varieties are: Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino.

The olives are harvested by hand and cold-pressed within 24 hours in order to preserve their flavour to the maximum degree and so obtain a greenish oil with hints of golden yellow. It is of the highest organoleptic quality.
